Killing Joke 2012 Album preview:
Update:* I’ve recently posted a review of this album. Check it out here.
It’s rare that a band more than 30 years into their career creates new material that is as strong as their initial work, but Killing Joke still appears to be firing on all cylinders. One of the most underrated bands on the planet, and one of the 1st to fuse punk and metal with electronic dance music (thereby being one of the Godfather’s of Industrial metal), their influence can’t be denied and they’re back to show everyone they’re still as vital as ever.
Falling on the heels of their excellent self titled 2003 album and and 2010′s “Absolute Dissent”, the band has just released their 15th album “2012″ (or “MMXII”) in Europe. Under The Radar has posted a link to hear the album in it’s entirety, and it sounds pretty stellar.
No word on an official U.S. release date yet, but rest assured I’ll post a full review once I have my copy. Until then, enjoy the full album preview by clicking here.
