Faith No More Announce 2015 North American Tour Dates, and 2nd single Superhero.
Reunited alternative rock icons Faith No More are readying for their first new album in almost two decades. And today they announced a much anticipated North American support tour, visiting some cities for the first time since 1998. Bassist Billy Gould said in a statement that: Here we go. First North American tour dates, some in cities we haven’t played in over 17 years. We are armed with the new material and ready for whatever comes our way.
But wait, there’s more! The band announced the release of their second single, entitle Superhero. It will be released on 7-inch vinyl on March 17th, and digitally on March 31st. The single art is below. The full length (as yet untitled) release is set for May, on the band’s own Imprint Records.
The tour dates are listed below; Unfortunately for those us in the South, we’re SOL. I found it a bit odd they wouldn’t at least make the trek to Austin, but: they have no date listed for March: could a special SXSW show be in the cards?
Also, curiously no American festivals have been announced as well. Here’s hoping for an additional leg of a tour that would hit cities not currently listed.
