Gary Numan Announces 2014 U.S. Tour: Synth rock pioneer readies North American tour in support of new album Splinter: Songs For A Broken Mind, including an appearance at SXSW.
Following great press and public reception for his new album Splinter: Songs From A Broken Mind, electronic music legend Gary Numan has announced world tour dates, which will include his most lengthy jaunt through North America in quite some time.

Opening acts include Big Black Delta and Roman Remains.
One of the highlights of the tour will be Numan’s first ever showcase gig at Austin’s SXSW Festival. However, I really wish he’d play a separate full length gig at another Austin venue, because getting into to that event will surely be tricky, given the good will towards his new album and the amount of electronic music aficionados that will flood the festival like cockroaches!
